         PAYMENT TERMS

             ▪  Pricing in U.S. Dollars (USD)
             ▪  Each open account dealer is required to maintain and keep updated credit and tax information and notice
                without delay North Cabinetry of any changes that may affect the solvency of the dealer and/or of any of
                its administrator/shareholder. The dealer must keep a valid Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate Form.
             ▪  North Cabinetry may require that the credit application must be accompanied by a personal guarantee
                executed by the owner of the company and witnessed by a North Cabinetry’s representative.
             ▪  All orders are paid upon ordering unless specified.
             ▪  If you have a credit limit with North Cabinetry, standard term of payment is net 30 days.
             ▪  Any account more than 30 days overdue or surpassing the dealership’s credit limit will automatically
                become pre-pay or C.O.D. In these cases, the only acceptable form of payment will have to be Money
                Wire, Credit Card or certified/cashier’s check.



         ORDERING


         North Cabinetry’s customer service welcomes any questions and will make every effort to respond to the dealers'
         needs in a timely manner (24 to 48 hours).

         All orders must be process through the ordering system and all information’s accuracy is the responsibility of
         the dealer. Any special request done outside of the ordering system might experience longer than usual delay.
         Although, North Cabinetry’s customer service will process it as soon as possible and help you complete and
         confirmed the order. Inaccurate and/or incomplete orders will result in delayed shipment.

                ▪  Orders are accepted from the ordering system or from a 2020 file only.
                ▪  Always specified width.
                ▪  Pay attention to finished ends and hinging.
                ▪  If modified depth, you must indicate which item and exact depth requested.
