NORTH CABINETRY FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

         Once an order is received by North Cabinetry, it will process the order and send the delivery date back to the
         dealer to confirm it is now a firm order.

                ▪  At this moment, no more changes are possible. If you wish to change something, you must send a
                    new order to fulfill your needs.
                ▪  Orders  are  firms  and  cannot  be  canceled  or  modified  without  authorization  from  North
                    Cabinetry.
                ▪  All Sales Final. Goods cannot be returned.




         C.O.D. SHIPMENTS

         If a C.O.D. payment is authorized by North Cabinetry, the receiver is responsible for presenting a cashier’s or
         certified check at the time of delivery before the merchandise can be unloaded from the trailer. A company
         check must be pre-approved by North Cabinetry’s accounting department.





         PRIOR TO DELIVERY

         Approximately one week before delivery date, a document (bill of lading) will be sent to you listing all orders to
         be shipped. The estimated time of arrival will be included in this document.

                ▪  All shipments are subject to specific area freight charges.
                ▪  All orders including cabinets have a minimum charge of $350 net. If any other charges, they are
                    included in the discount factor / code.
                ▪  Service orders that do not include cabinets are subject to UPS’s (or any carrier to North Cabinetry
                    discretion) freight charges.
                ▪  To postpone a delivery, North Cabinetry's customer service department must be notified at least 5
                    business days in advance.
